i cant get my harman/kardon IR TC1000 remote to work with
my pc, i would like to use all the fetures please help?

I am sorry, but I'm not familiar with anything like this, so I can't
really be of much help. Hopefully the user manual will help you figure
some things out. It looks like all you do is install the software from
the CD and then set it up from there, but I can't test it out. Looks
like a fun toy though
