remote shutdown of networked-computers

I run a small home network of XP-based computers on a linksys wireless router.

How can I setup the network to be able to force the remote computers to shutdown?
 
HI,

You would like to shutdwn computers in your local network? If so, than use
"shutdown.exe" command from resource kit. Or you can download it from
internet.
