Remote Procedure Call

I am getting an error message when I get online using MSN
dial up. It is a square box that says something to the
effect of "Windows will restart because the Remote
Procedure Call (RPC) expired/terminated (can't remember
the verb) unexpectedly." On the box, there is a 60 second
timer. When it reaches zero, the computer resets. Has
anyone ever heard of this before? What can I do to fix
this problem? Thanks for any help

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:
