Remote Procedure Call Service

Does anybody know why when on MSN dial up internet I
constantly get a message stating that windows must
restart due to the Remote Procedure Call Service has
terminated unexpectedly??? My system automatically
reboots. This only happens with MSN. I have no problems
when signed on with AOL.
