Remote Procedure Call Service

For past couple of weeks my computer has shut down after a
few minutes with message: 'Windows must now restart
because the Remote Procedure Call service terminated
unexpectedly'

What is wrong ? how can I correct this ?

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:
