Remote Procedure Call Keeps Shutting Me Down

I recently installed xp home edition. Now after running
for about an hour i get an error message saying "RPC was
unexpectedly terminated windows is shutting down". Can
anyone help??

It seems that you have w32.blaster worm on you pc. If you
can have someone download the fixblast.exe from Symantec
and the Microsoft patch from the windows update page, you
should be able to fix it pretty easily.

You can go into task manager and look for a running
process called msblast.exe. End that process before doing
anything else. Unfortunately without the microsoft patch,
it can come back after rebooting.
