remote printing

We have a cable modem hooked up to an Apple Airport
Extreme, with a PC card in a Toshiba laptop. The remote
access to the internet works fine but we can't get access
to the printer, which is hooked into the USB port of the
Airport Extreme. We also have a Mac G4 desktop running
OSX. The G4 is able to access the internet and the
printer remotely. What do we have to do to get the
printer to work with the Toshiba running Windows XP home
edition?

Can the computers even see the files and folders on each other?

You might want to take a look through Ron Pacchiano's article about wireless
networking at:
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/qa/qa20030619.shtml

You may need third party software such as PCMACLAN in order to make this
work as the AppleTalk protocol is no longer included in client operating
systems such as XP Home and Pro - though it is included in Server operating
systems.
