Remote option not available

The remote option (Run>All
Programs>Accessories>Communication>Remote) is not
available on my Win XP-drive computer. Any suggestions?

right click my computer > properties> Select remote tab
then click on options allow user to connect to this
computer. Selct or type the valid user names
