I am running a telephone/fax software package called RingCentralPhoneworks 2002 Pro which answers my phone. I can't seem to get remote desktop to work. Does anyone have a solution?
And what is role of RingCentralPhoneworks in your problem
Do you tried to use third-party remote control tools?
Try such tools as "VNC" or better "Anyplace Control", for example.
