When you 'move ISPs' - you just need to know a few things:

- Are the ports needed opened? (Does the ISP allow remote desktop? Has any
routers/firewalls you have changed and have you made sure the ports are
allowed through on them?)

- Are you currently using some form of Dynamic DNS if your ISP doesn't give
you a static IP? (Will your new ISP give you static or dynamic IPs?)

- Do you know how to utilize Remote Desktop?
