I read the article on below:

On steps 4 it stated must be connected to Internet to get connected between
the 2 pc?

I plan to remotely view and control the 2nd PC in the Ware house from my
office using only wireless solution, any idea if remote desktop should work
than I can start purchase sireless hardware.

Yes, this will work as long as the distance from the office to the
warehouse is taken into consideration. The article assumes that you are
doing this over the Internet but you can do it on the local area
network, too.
