Remote Desktop

Hi There,

i use Remote Desktop for my clients who connect to terminal server (windows
2000)

for some reason 1 user who as soon as they log on it cans the connection
after a few seconds.

does anybody have any idea on how to fix this?

What type of client OS are they using? If it is not Win2K
or WinXP, then it sounds like a licensing problem.
