Remote Desktop to someone else's server

Another agency wants some of our users to use Remote Desktop into their
server. No VPN or otherwise secure connection is in place.

Once on their server, a curious person or hacker could see their network. I
am worried about having our users go out via our network onto this server.
Should I be?

Thanks for any comments/suggestions.
 
lol, great suggestion!!

I would be worried, Remote Desktop is not a good way to go
