Remote Desktop issues

First the question, then the info:
Why can't I connect to machines other than the server?

Info:
I can VPN into the network. I can Remote Desktop into the server and
VNC into the server.
On the PCs, I go to Remote, allow Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance.
I go to Firewall, uncheck Don't Allow Exceptions, go to Exceptions and
make sure Remote Desktop is checked. The description of the PC is
ABC013 and the full name of the PC is ABC013.cps.local. I added myself
as an administrator on the PCs.

When I VPN into the system (and am able to get files & Remote or VPN
into the Server), I get "The specified remote computer could not be
found". Under the Remote Desktop Connection, I input the same info that
allows me into the server, except I change the computer name to the
PC's name.

You must create one rule in your firewall for each and every
PC that you wish to reach from outside your network. The
internal PCs must all have fixed IP addresses and each must
use a different RDP port number.
