Remote Desktop session requesting CTL-ALT-DEL

Guest

I have got a customer who is experiencing a funny terminal servises problem.
When he connects to one of his Windows 2k SP4 servers via remote desktop he
is required to enter the CTL-ALT-DEL command to open up the login box.
This is necessary when using VNC etc, but as you know you can not send a
CTL-ALT-DEL macro via Remote Desktop.

I have asked the customer to investigate the local security policies on the
server

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is a bit weird, yes.
As a work-around, let the user enter Ctrl-Alt-End, which is the
substitute for Ctr-Alt-Del in a rdp session.
