Remote Desktop Problems

I have a machine in our network that stopped allowing remote desktop
sessions. I have checked all of the settings that I know about. I can ping
the machine and it responds, but, it will not allow a remote session. I am
running Windows XP SP2 on all of my machines. BTW, I can remote to other
machines from this one but not back to it from elsewhere. Any ideas? Thanks

I would check the firewall first. Also can you telnet port 3389?

There is some troubleshooting help on this page...

Make sure you have TCP Port 3389 open on any software firewalls you may have
running on the machine. Some folks report NAV worm protection and OneCare
Live block TCP Port 3389 if not configured correctly. Also, if your running
a Cisco VPN client some folks report issues with that.
