Remote Desktop Problem

I'm running Windows XP Home (SP2) on my home machine. I'm using Remote
Desktop to access my work machine (Windows XP Professional). I can connect
just fine. However, if I leave my home machine idle for more than 30 seconds,
my screen (at home) greys out and shows a blinking network-type icon. I click
the icon a couple times and the screen comes back. It's like it sleeps after
30 seconds and I have to wake it up.

Any idea how to get rid of this or at least change the time before it sleeps?

Thanks.

This problem is usually caused by a marginal network connection.
