I run Windows Media Center Edition at home. Lately, whenever I connect
to my home PC from the office via Remote Desktop, after disconnecting,
when I go home, I find that my home PC has a blank screen. If I connect
via Remote Desktop from another machine in the house, I can see that the
machine is still running and Windows is responsive, but when I
disconnect, the home PC still has a blank screen.
1. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?
2. Is there anyway to shutdown or reboot my PC from within a Remote
Desktop session?
