Remote Desktop not responding

I have installed remote desktop successfully five times on
Windows 2000 servers.

For some reason I tried to get it up and running on a
Windows 2000 Server at a client's office, and it will not
respond. I keep getting the error message "The remote
connection has timed out. Please try connecting to the
remote computer again."

This is a 100meg LAN and I can't even remote desktop onto
the server from the server(which should be possible).

So apparently I have installed this application wrong, but
I have no idea what I did wrong. Everytrhing looks great!

What am I doing wrong?

Remote desktop is the client portion. Terminal Server is the server portion.
Have you installed Terminal Services on the server? You can run it in admin
mode without having to buy more licenses, but you'll be limited to 3
simultaneous connections.
