Remote desktop management

Hi,

How can I configure a windows 2000 computer to allow me to remotely take
control of this computer ? On windows XP machines I add me on the computer
as a "remote desktop" group user, but there is no such group on this windows
2000 computer.

You can't - Remote Desktop is only available for WinXP
Professional and for servers. Try some alternative, e.g.
WinVNC.
