Remote Desktop logon error

I am trying to access my XP workstation from a client
running on a W2k machine. I can find my XP workstation and
get the logon prompt, but after entering the password, I
get the following error dialog

"The local policy of this system does not allow you to
logon interactively"

Does anyone know what setting I need to change?
