remote desktop list

When I open up the remote desktop dialog box and click on the down arrow to
ge a list of computer names or ip addresses that one whishes to connect to I
have serveral in the list I want to get rid of. When I select them and press
delete nothing happens. Does anybody know how to remove some of the names
that are displayed after hitting the down arrow key?
