Remote Desktop Issue

I have three servers with Win 2k SP4 installed. I have a problem with the
Remote Desktop Client on one of the three. They all started fine, but at
some point, the problem server will reboot whenever I access it using the RD
client. No BSOD or any warning, just WHAM!

I took a look at the event log, and it only has a generic error message as
follows:

Type: Information
Event ID: 1001

Description: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was:
0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).

From what I can see, the hex codes are a generic error, so I don't know
where to look. As far as I know, there have been no driver issues to speak
of to cause this, especially since I have two other computers with the same
updates (although, I will admit they are all slightly different).

Has anyone else had this problem, or have any ideas where to begin looking?

Thanks!

I had exactly the same problem when using WinVNC
and pcAnywhere. I could never find the specific cause,
and after putting up with it for a whole year, I rebuilt
the machine. Problem solved.

I have the horrible feeling that this will most likely be the next step for
me as well.
