BugCheck

My windows 2000 machine seems to have an issue. It reboots about every two
hours or so
with the event log :

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 1/25/2006
Time: 11:20:59 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GSURFDUDE
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f
(0x00000008, 0x00000000,

0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved
in:

C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini012506-01.dmp.

Here's details:
AMD 1.8ghz processor
392 megs of memory
US Robotics Win modem
Network Everywhere ethernet card (newly installed and didn't reboot before
this)
Xpert 128 graphics card
Norton Antivirus 2003
ZoneAlarm firewall Pro

WIn 2k SP 4

Funny thing is I booted the machine in safe mode and it didn't reboot at
all. I was suspecting
possibly a power supply failure but I think this rules this out.

I installed Server 2003 and joined the machine to the domain but my wifes
machine has no problems.

Before I installed server 2k3, I had server 2k and the win 2k pro NEVER
rebooted like this.

I did install a security patch before I installed the ethernet card and it
didn't reboot. Could
this be a incomptiable ethernet card even though it had drivers for 2k ? I
downloaded the
debug tool but haven't had a chance to look at it. Any one else have similar
problems ??

Thanks
