PC Rebooting

I am getting these entries in the event log after a unexpected reboot.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a
(0x700efdc8, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x80447dbf). Microsoft Windows 2000

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e
(0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x0001ffef, 0x00000002). Microsoft Windows 2000

Machine is a 2.4Ghz pent with 256 mem 2k pro sp4

Any Ideas?
