Remote desktop error

Hi

I am getting error while connection to remote system using remote desktop
connection tool, Error "User Interface Failure , Incompatible software
c:\windows\systems32\awgina.dll.

plse help me if any one know's

Hi,

It means something you installed replaced that system file with its own
version (pcanywhere possibly?). You may want to see if the steps here help:

Fix Logon/Restore Welcome Screen:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/fix_xp_logon.htm
This should reset the default GINA in registry. [per the MS article given by Rick]

I got the solution, there is problem with PCanywhere software, i have
uninstalled the software, now its working fine.
