Remote Desktop CPU usage cap?

Hi, I am just wondering if ther is a cap at wich a remote desktop
session will stop. I am running programs from on my server (windows
server 2003) but I am remote desktoped to it from my office computer
(windows XP PRO). I have tasks that I need to run that take a long
ammount of time to process but when i go into the task manager it will
say that I only am using 25-27% of the CPU. I logged on with another
session (with the other one still running) and started running programs
on the new session and the cpu usage would read 50-53%. It seems to me
thta there is some kind of CPU usage cap at 25% or so, per session, on
the computer that you are remote desktoping to. My processes take an
average of 1-24 hours. if there are any suggestions to maximize my cpu
usage and focus it on one job that would help a lot.

I have the same problem with the Remote Desktop
Host machine is WinXP and client is W2K Pro.
It seams that the maximum usage I can get is 50% CPU.

Is there a way to tune the usage for the Remote Desktop users?
