Remote Desktop Connection

Hi,

I am trying to run the Remote Desktop Connection program
from within XP Pro and it does not appear to connect for
one of the computers.

The error msg I get is: "Unable to log you on because of
an account restriction". This computer has four other
users.

I do not have any problems with the other computer (which
only has one user and is automatically logged in when it
boots).

What can I do to resole this issue?

Right click on my computer and select properties.
Then go to the Remote tab.
Under Remote Users, click 'select remote users'.
Add your username that you wish to login to the remote desktop with.

Hi Ray,

I was excited there for a while.

I tried what you said, but still does not work.

Do I need Terminal Services enabled on the computer that
I'm trying to access? How can this be done?

This is for "Remote Assistance". Like I am in one city
and she is in another
