Remote Desktop Connection to Win2K Server

I connected to a Win2K server using the remote desktop
connection from a Win XP Pro machine, and I tried making
changes to ArcServe 2000, ie- creating a new backup job.
Everything looks fine from the remote desktop, but when I
go and open ArcServe on the server, the backup job I
created from the remote desktop isn't there. And the
next day, I view the new backup job from the remote
desktop, it never ran, and it's still not visible at the
server. Can I not perform these kinds of tasks on the
remote desktop? Any other ideas about what's going on?

I think the problem you are refering to is solved with
sp4 for Arcserve 2000.
