Remote Desktop Connection Port Forwarding

I am administrating a SOHO LAN. I want to configure two users to be
able to use Remote Desktop Connection. Both users have manually
figured IP addresses which are unique. How do I configure the port
forwarding in my router? It seems that Remote Desktop Connection only
uses one port 3389. How do I get the router to forward the incoming
connection request to the correct user's desktop? Can Remote Desktop
Connection use more than port? thanks for the help.
