Remote Desktop and mouse

Martin Racette

Hi,

Every time that I use the Remote Desktop to connect from my notebook to my
desktop computer, when I get back to the desktop the mouse is reverted back to
be right-handed, I'm left-handed BTW.

What should I do to make it stick

BTW. even the Logitech driver for the mouse is not working unless I logout and
login all over

Thank you in Advance

Strange, I just tried this and I don't have the problem (MS Mouse though).
What do you mean by the Logitech driver not working?

I have a Logitech iFeel mouse, and I have similar problem (in my case, the
force feedback would be disabled). I think what I did was to look though my
Registry and see what program was loaded at start up that looked like a
Logitech driver. I found that all I need to do after such remote desktop
session is to run the Logi_MwX.Exe file again and settings are back to
normal. I make a shortcut to %windir%\Logi_MwX.Exe on my desktop, so when
it happens (not after every remote desktop conneciton though), I just need
to double click on that icon and all are fixed! :)

I hope this help!

Yours,
Deity
