Remote Desktop Access

Since I installed Micosoft Office 2003 (Student and Teacher Edition), My wife
has been unable to access her office desktop from home. We always get the
message that states "Client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
connections might not be enabled or computer might bee too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connections. Please try again later. If the problem continues to occur,
contact your administrator."
There are three people who work there, and she is the only one who uses
remote access. She is the system administrator. She swears that the
connection at work hasn't changed. What could the problem be, and how do I
fix it.
Thanks,
