Remote desk top connection problem

hi
i have win 2000 server domain , the clients are winXP
when i try from any client to make remote desktop
connection to another client it appear this
message>>>>>>>>
Title:remote desktop disconnected

Remote connections might not be enabled or the
computer might be too
buzy to accept new connections.
it is also possible that network problems are preventing
your connection.


please try connecting again later . if the problem
continues to accur, contact
your administrator.

even when i log by the administrator profile , i try also
later and apear the same message , so what could the
reason of this , i'll appreciate any help.

1. Is Remote desktop enabled on the remote client (Control Panel/System) ?
2. Can you connect by IP instead of hostname ?
