remote deaktop connection icon missing

there is no icon for the above mention. I did a search and found the file in
windows\prefetch. So I downloaded the file MSRDPCLI to reinstall this file.
said a version is already their. I deleted the prefetch one. try to install
again. again it say already a version in pc. how can I fix this.

Remote desktop is not available in Windows XP Home.
