Remote control of PDs

I have a number of instruments with built-in PDAs, mostly Ipaqs. I would
like to remotely contol/operate the instruments via 802.11. i used remore
desktop computer-to-computer and PDA-to-computer but can't figure out to
remotely control the PDA.

There was, at one time and if my memory is correct on this, a VNC server
that ran on iPAQs but I don't know if it still exists or not. I also believe
there are some commercial products that allow you to control the PocketPC
display from a PC. I know MSFT had one a long long time ago with the early
versions of Windows Mobile. I suggest you post to the
microsoft.public.pocketpc news group for help with this issue...
