Remote connect issue

I have multiple SBS2003 sites. This is a new issue for me. I have one site
with 30 users but only 4 or 5 are allowed remote access. One of those
machines will not connect.

The workstation is running XP Prof w/SP2 and all updates. The PC has both
'remote support' and 'remote desktop' enabled. The SBS2003 has the user set
to allow access (not really an issue at this point because I don't get basic
connectivity).

When trying to connect using RWW (or from another local computer), I get the
error message: "Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established.
Ensure that the remote computer is on and connected to the Windows Small
Business Server network."

Searching the support site wasn't helpful. Mostly general connectivity issues.

Thanks.

Please disregard and close.

The issue is dns & dhcp on the server -- they are pointing to different
addresses.

I have reposted in the SBS2003 discussion group.
