remote computer disconnected

"The remote computer disconnected the session because of
an error in the licensing protocal"

how do I solve that trying to connect to my win2k server
but getting that error message ....using remote access
 
Have you tried to remove the license from the client, forcing it to
grab a new license?
What OS are you running on the server and the client?
Is there anything in the EventLog on the TS or the client when this
occurs?
