Michel,

1. Is the TFTP and BootManager services running on the Windows 2000 Server?
2. Did you setup a DHCP range for the DHCP server? Is the DHCP server
started?
3. From your listing bellow, did you include the MAC address in the Boot
Manager manifest along with Boot server, boot program, etc.?
4. Have you tried connecting to the target with a Windows OS installed?
5. Is RAMDISK included in the XPe image and XPe has run on the target?

Michel,

You can use Network Monitor utility to track down your problem. You can see
the packets that come in and out of your server.

Open your DHCP service to see if client( MAC 00 0C 76 45 29 10) has been
leased with any IP address. Have you started your TFTP server? Does your
remote boot service and DHCP reside on the same server? If so have you set
the optionvalue 60??

Follow the steps outlined in this document..
