Remote Bookmark Manager

I'm looking for a good remote bookmark manager than will integrate with
Firefox seamlessly. I use multiple computers and would like to keep them
all synced without having to do anything.

Key thing is I want folders and a tree structure. Also want to be able to
use the bookmarks even if the remote server where I store them is down.

Any suggestions?
