I'm using lotus notes as my default email client. Im
trying to use remote assistant to email my request, but
it keep telling me to save the request of sending it
directly trhrough my notes client. When I change the
settings and use MS Outlook it works fine. What do I need
to do in order for this to work properly with lotus notes?

Nothing. Remote assistant is only compatible with Outlook (and possibly OE).
No other mail client is supported.
