remote assistance

Cannot connect to the other computer when they request assistance. This was
working both from email and using msn messenger 6. Now A box comes up and
says remote connection could not be established becuase the remote host name
cannot could not be resolved, please try again.

If memory serves correctly, MSN Messenger 6 does not support the
UPnP-enabled Remote Assistance.. Thus, the invitation from the
"sender" needs to be edited and the server address needs to be changed
from the local private IP to one that is valid on the internet...
