Hi,
When I'm in Remote Assistance and click the button "Invite Someone To Help
You" I get the following message.
"Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation"
Does anyone know what settings I should look for to use this program/
Win XP Home SE
2.8gig CPU
1 gig memory
200 gig HD
thanks for any help

Go to Control Panel and double click System.
Click on the Remote tab.
Make sure the box next to "Allow Remote Assistance invitations
to be sent from this computer" is checked.
Click OK.

Also, make sure your firewall program allows Remote Assistance.
For the XP firewall, make sure RA is checked on the Exceptions
tab.

Good luck
