Remote Assistance

I am trying to help my sister learn how to use her computer. We tried to go
to the remote assistance area and we connected, only I can only view her
computer. How do we make it so that I can actually do things for her (where
she can see what I'm doing when she looks at the screen)?

From your PC once the RA session is accepted, click the
"Take Control" on the upper options bar of the Window.
Once she accepts the control request you can control and
operate her PC from yours.

Also, it wouldn't let me click on anything except on the lower left corner to
chat with her.

Is that when SHE accepts it or is it something she has to add when she does
the invitation. I haven't seen anything that says Take Control.
