remote assistance

I keep getting the following message when I try to use
remote assistance since installing SP2-Remote Assistance
connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again.

Can anyone help please?
 
Try having the remote computer disable programs like
Norton Anitvirus and Norton Internet Security then send a
new invitation. It worked for me.
 
I would suggest configuring the firewall to allow the remote assistance
connection instead of disabling the firewall entirely.
