Remote Assistance

How do I setup remote assistance to allow me to take
control of the user's computer. At the moment, the only
task I can do is "view." I'd like to be able to take
control and do what I need to do.

i'm looking for assistance with a "slow motion" problem, do you
think you might be able to help me? when i scroll up or down a page, the page
scrolls in a stagger, as if it's in slow motion, do you follow me?
