do we have to install something to remote control someones desktop cus im
trying to help my mum who lives in spain, but wont connect when we try says
failed. so we need somthing?

Your problem is that, one of you don't have the right messanger or one of you
have removed the remote assistance by mistake,a nd that's why you will
receive the errors.
