If I request a remote PC to take control of my PC by sending an EMail remote assistance works just fine. If I try to do the same through Windows messager the remote PC recieves the invitation, but when the expert clicks accept nothing happens on either PC. Any ideas why it would work one way and not the other????

Does both email/messenger goes to same expert? what version of messenger you
running?

Yes, both are going to the same PC. Both are running messenger 4.7.2009

One computer may be behind a UPnP-compliant router/firewall while the
other one isn't.... The invitation may need to be edited to reflect
the proper public IP address...
