Remote Assistance 'Start Talk'

In remote ass. I try the 'Start Talking'. I get "the necessary hardware
and/or configuration to use voice connection is not available; 'Start Talk'
will be disabled for the remainder of this remote assistance session" Can any
one help with this. Evry thing else works just fine. We both have
speakers(working) and microphones(working).

Does sound like you haven't configured the sound devices

On the Windows Messenger KB page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307887/)
it says:

Note: If you are on a local area network (LAN) behind a firewall (for
example, if you are on a corporate network), you can talk to someone who is
behind the same firewall that you are, but you may not be able to connect on
a computer-to-computer call with someone who is outside of the firewall.

On the Troubleshooting section of this page
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307888/en-us) it says use the Audio/Video
Tuning Wizard from the TOOLS menu
