Remote Assistance - Save Invitation

Hello,

When using the system cloning tool, I am unable to save a
Remote Assistance Invitation after completing the cloning
phase. When I select the "Save Invitation" button I get
the following popup message: "A program could not
start.Please try again."

How do I go about submitting this to Microsoft for
investigation/resolution?
