Remote assistance question

Good day,
We're running several Windows XP professional systems in a small AD
domain. I have enabled each machine to send Remote Assistance invitations,
and I have also allowed the Domain Admins group to remotely connect to each
machine. This appears to work correctly, but when a Domain Administrator
connects to a remote machine, he locks out the current user. Is there a way
for a Domain Administrator to forcibly initiate an interactive session with
a remote user without asking for permission? i.e., independently start an
interactive remote session such as was possible with SMS 2.0 or NetMeeting,
etc.?

Thanks!
Tom

Thanks for the response, Andrew. I guess I wasn't very clear with my
question, so I'll try again. Remote Assistance seems to work just fine.
Remote Desktop also works, but when I initiate a Remote Desktop session to
the user session currently underway, the user is locked out and I (as the
remote administrator) obtain access to that session. My question is this:
Can I initiate a Remote Desktop session so that I can interact with the user
in the same manner as a Remote Assistance session?

Thanks!
Tom

Hello Tom,

Unfortunately that way is not possible. Only way to get two users working at
one desktop is remote assistance thing.
